We have a professional quality control team and established a comprehensive quality management system on basis of ISO9001:2000 to make sure every pieces of LCD panel comply with ROHS standards and CE certificate.

LCD QUALITY CONTROL
Packaging
The packaging must include barcode labels that match the product specifications.
The outer box should be free of any damage or stains.
No mixed materials are allowed within the same specification model.
Visual Inspection
There should be no visible scratches, panel deformation, scratches, adhesive residue, aging, uneven surfaces, or rust.
The surface must be free of corrosion and cracks, and the coating should be uniform, without condensation, peeling, cracking, or wear.
Wiring pin connections should be clearly visible, and the cable should be intact.
Performance Test
Testing should confirm no dirt spots, bright spots, color spots, white spots, light guide issues, backlight problems, leaks, screen cracks, solar spots, line issues, screen splitting, color abnormalities, film flaws, or pressure marks.
Other Inspections
Check if the supplier has provided relevant test reports (e.g., ROSH, testing reports) and ensure all reports meet compliance standards.

We supply 1 year warranty for all of our products from the date of shipment.

Our products are free of functional defects and missing parts within 30 days from the date of shipment.

a)For original brand LCD module; we will replace new products of functional defect products for our clients.

b)For our CRD LCD module; we will replace the product with a new product.

If the products cannot be repaired, we will send the agreed quantity of new products free of charge with the next delivery to compensate for the loss.
